Round De Suh Shipping

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Round De Suh Shipping, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Round De Suh Shipping provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping services from USA to Jamaica only

  • Air freight shipping services

  • Assisted online shopping and payment services

  • Access to a tax-exempt U.S. warehouse address

  • Package pickup and delivery services

  • Special office delivery service

  • Package handling and processing

  • Delivery via Knutsford Express for customers outside our primary service areas

Round De Suh Shipping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Round De Suh Shipping ships from the USA to Jamaica three (3) times per week. All shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Service Areas

Round De Suh Shipping offers pickup and delivery services in the following areas:

  • Montego Bay

  • Savanna-la-Mar

  • Trelawny

Customers outside these areas may receive packages via Knutsford Express, with all associated costs borne by the customer.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

Round De Suh Shipping assumes zero liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once a package is received into our possession and ends once the package is handed over to customs authorities, shipping carriers, Knutsford Express, or other third-party service providers.

Round De Suh Shipping is not responsible for:

  • Vendor or retailer errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers

  • Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our possession

  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by customs authorities or third parties

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

Round De Suh Shipping is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped strictly at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items shipped comply with local and international laws.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit or replica goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund. Round De Suh Shipping assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.

8. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are fully responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government-imposed fees.

Round De Suh Shipping assumes no liability for delays, inspections, seizures, penalties, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

9. Assisted Online Shopping Services

Round De Suh Shipping offers assisted online shopping services for customers without credit or debit cards.

  • Full payment must be made in advance

  • Customers must confirm item details before purchase

  • Payments are non-refundable once processing begins

Round De Suh Shipping is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, incorrect items, or sizing issues. All refund or exchange matters remain strictly between the customer and the vendor.

10. Special Office Delivery Service

A special office delivery service is available for customers who are unable to leave their workplace. This service is offered at a fee of JMD $500, subject to availability and location.

11. Rewards, Referral & Points Programs

Round De Suh Shipping offers customer rewards, referral incentives, and shopping points subject to the following:

  • Referral rewards become available only after the referred customer spends a minimum of JMD $1,400

  • Shopping points are earned based on qualifying spending

  • 100 points = JMD $10

  • Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time

12. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be settled in full before shipment processing begins.

All payments are non-refundable once processing has started.

Round De Suh Shipping reserves the right to change prices, fees, and service rates at any time without prior notice.

13. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing via email within 72 hours of notification or receipt.

Supporting documentation such as invoices and photographs may be required. WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.

14. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.

Packages uncollected after 30 days may attract additional charges.

Packages uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of without further notice to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

15. Amendments

Round De Suh Shipping reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Round De Suh Shipping and the customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
